1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://ashubharti.com and the booking of live performances by Ashu Bharti. By using this website or sending a booking enquiry, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

We provide live devotional and folk music performances — including bhajan sandhya, jagran, mata ki chowki, wedding sangeet, cultural, corporate and other events — across India.

Information on this website (event types, statistics and media) is provided for general information and may be updated at any time.

3. Booking & Confirmation

Sending an enquiry through the website or WhatsApp does not by itself confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only after the date, venue, requirements and fee are mutually agreed in writing (including WhatsApp chat).

• Availability of a date is confirmed only on direct communication
• Event details (venue, timings, sound and stage requirements) must be shared in advance
• Travel and accommodation arrangements, where applicable, are agreed at the time of booking

4. Payments

No payment is collected through this website. All payment terms — including any advance and the balance — are agreed directly between you and our team at the time of confirming the booking.

5. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, please inform us as early as possible on WhatsApp or by phone. Any adjustment or refund of an advance is handled as mutually agreed for that booking. If we are unable to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, travel disruption, force majeure), we will try to offer an alternative date or return any advance received for that event.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and recordings — belongs to Ashu Bharti or its respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without prior written permission.

Photography and videography of performances for commercial use require prior consent.

7. Third-Party Links

This website links to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those platforms; their own terms and policies apply.

8. Limitation of Liability
